Virtual servers are provisioned instantly once payment has been received. Once the server is set up, you will receive an email titled "New KVM VPS Information" to your account's primary email address. Should you not see this email, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you check your spam mailbox.
- Ensure that the payment has been successfully processed (the invoice should be marked as "Paid").
- Ensure that the service's status is "Active" in our billing area.
