Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy on virtual servers for new clients on virtual servers only. Dedicated servers and colocation services are only eligible for refunds at the discretion of Nexril staff.

For the purposes of our refund policy, a new client is defined as a client who either has never had an active service with Nexril or has not had an active service with Nexril within the past 180 days. Any refund requests falling outside this policy will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

To claim a refund, a client must first submit a cancellation request for the service (type = Immediate), then open a support ticket with our billing department. Please note that once the refund is issued, the service will be cancelled and any data will be permanently destroyed.
