We're able to accept shipments for servers and accessories. When shipping items, please be sure to follow the guidelines listed below so that your item arrives undamaged and we're able to process it quickly.
- Be sure to securely package your item with bubble wrap, closed-cell foam, or some other packaging material. Do not use packing peanuts, as these can work themselves inside of servers or other equipment and pose a hazard.
- When shipping your items, please be sure to address them to "Nexril (CID: <your client ID here>)". If you don't include this, we may not receive your package.
- Once your item is shipped, please open a support ticket and let us know the carrier's tracking number. With this, we can proactively monitor the shipment and begin inventory as soon as the item arrives at the datacenter.
If you're dropping something off in-person, please make sure the item(s) are clearly labeled with "Nexril (CID: <your client ID here>)". If you don't include this, we may not receive your package.
Please note that for single-server (1U or 4U) colocation customers, we do not have any extra space to store spare parts or equipment. Any spare parts sent will either be returned at the customer's expense or discarded.
