Reverse DNS

We offer automated rDNS management through our custom control panel:

  1. Navigate to our Control Panel and login if necessary.
  2. Click the "Manage" button next to your particular device.
  3. Click the "Manage" button next to the IP subnet you'd like to set rDNS for.
  4. Enter the IP address you want to set rDNS for and press "Add rDNS"
  5. Enter the PTR/rDNS record in the pop-up box, then press "OK".

We currently do not offer rDNS delegation to external name servers.
