Upgrades & Downgrades

Our dedicated servers are equipped with hot-swap drives to allow for upgrades without any system interruptions or downtime. If you'd like to upgrade your drives, please open a support ticket. Please note that upgrading your primary drive will require you to copy data over to the new drive first. We do not perform data migration and are not responsible for data loss in the event of failed upgrades. If you'd like to upgrade or change your server, we can move the old drives into the new system.

Please note that we are unable to upgrade a server's memory or CPU. If you'd like to change the memory or CPU configuration, you must order a new dedicated server.
